As mattress manufacturers reserve the right to refuse warranty on stained mattresses, it’s important to keep your mattress clean.

Unfortunately you can’t wash a mattress, as over wetting can cause mould and mildew. To protect your warranty the following options are available.

1. Should you ever have a warranty issue, stains need to be professionally cleaned prior to an inspection.
2. You can chemically treat your mattress to make cleaning it easier. This can be costly to both your health and the environment.
3. You can buy a quality, washable, absorbent or waterproof mattress pad. Washing it frequently will reduce dust mite populations, and keep your mattress clean, free of stains, and as fresh as the day you brought it home. Safe for you and the environment. This is the option we recommend.
